Program Development
We provide consultation and support to behavioral health organizations seeking to develop new programs, strengthen existing ones, or create specialized clinical tracks. Our work can include program design, curriculum development, clinical frameworks, implementation planning, and ongoing consultation.
We bring direct experience developing and implementing clinical programming across multiple levels of care, including comprehensive DBT programming for adolescents and adults, and helping develop and implement partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming. We understand that successful program development requires more than a strong curriculum - it requires thoughtful clinical structure, workflows, staff preparation, and implementation support.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy:
We support organizations in developing and implementing comprehensive DBT programs or DBT-informed programming. This can include clinical structure, treatment components, staffing and workflow considerations, curriculum development, staff training, and consultation throughout implementation.
Trauma:
We help organizations develop phase-oriented, trauma-focused programming and specialized clinical tracks across inpatient, outpatient, PHP, IOP, and community-based settings. This may include developing a clinical framework, treatment approach, group curriculum, and supporting materials.
Curriculum Design:
We develop structured clinical curricula and treatment materials customized to your program, population, and goals. This can include group curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, clinical resources, and other tools to support consistent implementation.
Program Enhancement:
We work with organizations to assess and strengthen existing programming. This may include identifying gaps, refining clinical structure and content, developing new services or tracks, and providing recommendations to improve implementation and effectiveness.
